The Leland Lodge is a smoke-free environment.

Occupancy Policy
Lodge room rates and one-bedroom cottages are based on 1-2 persons. Two and three-bedroom cottages are based on 1-6 persons. The charge for additional guests is $15 per person, per night. Children under 10 are FREE when sharing a room with parents.

Reservation Policy
An advance deposit equal to one night’s stay is required to confirm a reservation. For stays of four nights or more a 50% deposit is required. A cancellation with less than 20 days notice will result in forfeiture of the advance deposit.

Cancellation and Refunds
We refund a deposit, in full, if we are given 20 days notice of cancellation. Refunds require a four-week processing time. The deposit if credited to the last night of the confirmed stay. No refunds can be authorized for early departures. If cancellation occurs within 72 hours prior to arrival day or a no-show — full amount will be charged.

Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in is anytime after 3 p.m. (unless available)
Check-out is before 11 a.m. (Late check-outs charged $50)

Payment
Accounts must be paid in full on arrival. Guests may use cash, personal check, traveler’s checks, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. Direct billing is not acceptable without prior arrangement.

Pets
As a consideration to other guests, pets are not permitted.

Rates
All rates are current at the time of publication but are subject to change without notice. Rates are subject to 6% Michigan sales tax.
