a living area and fully equipped kitchen. Weekly rates are based on a 7 night stay. A
weekly stay (Saturday to Saturday) is required during Peak Season except for Fall Weekends, Memorial
Day and Wine Festival Weekends, when a Friday AND Saturday night stay is required.

Reservation/Cancellation Policy- An advance deposit equal to one night's stay is required to confirm
a reservation. For Stays of 4 nights or more a 50% deposit is required. A cancellation with less
than 20 days' notice prior to arrival results in forfeiture of the advance deposit.
We refund a deposit if we are given 20 days notice prior to arrival minus a charge
of 10 percent for processing/handling. (Refunds can take up to 4 weeks to process after notification, the deposit
is credited to the last night of a confirmed stay.) No refunds are authorized for early departures.
